BACON, EGG, POTATO CASSEROLE
6 large potatoes
6 boiled eggs
300gm diced bacon or about 5 rashers bacon
3 tbsp butter or marg
7 tbsp flour (any sort)
breadcrumbs, for sprinkling (optional)
2 cups milk
Basically all you do is: Peel the potatoes and boil until just done; cool and slice. Boil eggs, cool and slice. Fry the diced bacon or bacon pieces. In a casserole dish, layer the sliced potatoes, sliced boiled eggs, and then the bacon. When finished, prepare a white sauce and pour over dish, then sprinkle some breadcrumbs on the top, if desired. Cook in oven for about 30mins at about 375-400°F (200C). Content Copyright © 2011 Cooks.com - All rights reserved. 6 boiled eggs

I made a cheese sauce instead of a normal white sauce, added shredded cheddar cheese to the top to give it a yummy crunchy cheese texture, and used pre-made hashbrowns for a quicker meal. I really hope you enjoyed it, my family sure did!
